i actually find it amusing. anyway i dont disagree with anything he said either. to put it more simply though, i have and always will love nintendo's first party titles. having said that, i havent enjoyed their console more than the competitions since snes. and to put it even more simply, hes right they are always behind the times...

well to be fair i rushed out to get both. me3 is also one of my fav games ever. they are such different beast though there is no reason people shouldnt have bought both. i do like the souls series more for just gameplay but i love me's story and universe
next up is witcher 2 for me.
a more fair comparison would be "people rushed out to buy garbage like skyrim"....that game wasnt great and wasnt even 1/2 as good as oblivion or morrowind

ea had nothing to do with online passes, they have been around for years. they were previously called "cd keys" and were only on pc. then somebody from ea just decided to apply the exact same concept to consoles and suddenly everyone is in an uproar like its some completely new bullsh*t idea...

some games are def more challenging once you boost up the difficulty and thats fine except half the time they lock harder difficulties until you beat it once which is imo, the dumbest F**king thing ever.
you make an ultra easy mode to cater to those who dont care for a challenge and you dont make them beat it once before they can play ultra easy, so why the hell would you make me beat it once before i can play hard???

i havent played it yet but i dont see why your so upset its selling. if it does well enough perhaps they will get a second try and will listen to feedback and learn from their mistakes. then we will get a much better game hopefully.

well to be fair its been out for about 4 weeks now and has already sold millions so 90k isnt bad at all esp considering all the negative press. most of the die hard fans prob bought it day 1 so to be putting up numbers like that is still impressive. and it also started on xbox and does the majority of its sales there so the ps3 dropping out of the top 10 isnt really surprising.
